1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and topx apk ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the topx apk platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the topx apk platform. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the topx apk platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• An individual acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not registered under any active self-exclusion program in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction.
• Has no verified history of fraud or misconduct against any gambling or financial platform.
• Have access to valid banking services or a digital wallet in Malaysia for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

3Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on topx apk. Owning multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being closed without prior notice. Any remaining balances in those accounts will also be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, ID number, date of birth, phone number, and banking details. False or inaccurate information will result in your account being suspended until verification is completed.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Topx apk complies with mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You are required to submit valid identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include MyKad, a Malaysian passport, or a government-issued identification card. The KYC process is typically completed within one business day.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. topx apk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your account.

4Deposits and Payments

Topx apk accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to users in Malaysia:

• DuitNow — instant transfer to phone number or account number
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — online bank transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet (TnG)
• GrabPay
• Direct bank transfer to the designated account

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within five minutes after payment is successfully processed by the relevant financial institution. In the rare event that a deposit is not credited after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals on topx apk are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for members who have completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to additional security checks.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 (may be increased for VIP members)
• Weekly withdrawal limit: RM 200,000
• Daily withdrawal frequency: up to 5 times per day

5.3 Bonus Withdrawal Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is awarded. You must fulfil those wagering requirements before the funds can be withdrawn. Each bonus carries different wagering requirements — please check the Promotions section for details.

6Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by topx apk are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified for each offer. These conditions are clearly stated on our Promotions page before you accept any offer.

• Bonuses may only be used by the intended recipient — transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• Each member is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only during the lifetime of their account.
• Topx apk reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire upon the validity period ending.
• Real cash and bonus funds are processed separately — real cash can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your bonus balance.

7Game Rules

All games available on the topx apk platform are conducted in accordance with the standard rules set by the respective game providers. In the event of any discrepancy between the user interface display and the server records, the server records shall be final and binding.

• Game results recorded by the topx apk server are final.
• Any technical disruptions on your end, such as internet disconnection during gameplay, do not entitle you to a refund of any wagering amount.
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error on the platform's part, topx apk reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wagered amount to the player.

8Prohibited Member Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the topx apk platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools to play games.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. You are required to report any bugs discovered to our team.
• Fraud, identity forgery, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained through illegal means on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the security systems of topx apk.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity without authorization.
• Abusing the customer support system, including making threats, using offensive language, or submitting false claims.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Topx apk is committed to protecting member privacy in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your personal data is collected and used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity Verification and KYC Compliance
• Deposit and withdrawal processing
• Fraud Prevention and Account Security
• Account and promotional communications that you have opted to receive
• Service improvements and user experience enhancement

10Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 By Member

You may close your topx apk account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, any valid account balance will be returned to you via your original payment method once the verification process is complete.

10.2 By topx apk

Topx apk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account with or without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of a breach of any terms in this document
• There is suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity on the account
• Registration information found to be false or inaccurate
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Required to comply with legal obligations or court orders

11Liability Limits

The topx apk platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, topx apk shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your gambling activity on our platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues
• Delays or failures in processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform

Topx apk's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the claim.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Topx apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon being published on our website. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-app notification at least seven days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the topx apk platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect.
